• November - Landmark Consultants, Inc. in El Centro was awarded construction materials testing and inspection services for the new Dogwood Elementary School in Heber, California.  The elementary school is anticipated to accommodate K-3 grades with an administration building, multipurpose/cafeteria, and four classroom buildings.  Construction for the $17 million project begins in November 2009 and expected to be completed in 14 months.

 

• October 22 - LandMark Consultants, Inc. in Palm Desert just got awarded the construction testing and inspection services for the new Fire Station No. 32. the construction of the new 7,500 square foot Village Fire Station building slated to be erected in the area of Avenue 52 and Desert Club Drive, in the city of La Quinta. Construction cost for the 10 month project are expected to be $6.5 million, starting in November 2009.
