Soboba Band of Luisenos Indians New Hotel & Casino Complex

   San Jacinto, CA

The Soboba Band of Luiseño Indians has about 900 tribal members; many reside in the neighboring communities of San Jacinto and Hemet. Soboba is one of six federally recognized Luiseño speaking reservations in Southern California.

 

The Casino will consist of a total area of 100,000sf, 4 Service Bars, a Lounge area, 1 Restaurant, and Wine Cellar. All this totaling and area of 576,100sf. In addition a 3 stories parking structure with an approximate of 1,100 parking spaces in total an area of 412,500sf will be constructed.

 

LandMark Consultants, Inc. is the geotechnical engineer of the record for this project.  We are providing fault investigation study and geotechnical design parameters starting in 2007.
