Xavier College Preparatory High School

Xavier College Preparatory High School is the first catholic high school in Coachella Valley. It is a dream long savored by those children’s parents, who seek continuity educating their children academically and spiritually. The school will consist of 120,000 sq. ft. of classroom space, 45,000 sq. ft. gymnasium, Performing Arts Center, Library, Food Service Building, Monsignor Malachy McGinn Chapel, Religious Center, and various sport facilities and fields on approximately 96 acres of land.

 

 

LandMark Consultants, Inc. is the geotechnical engineer of record for this project. We are providing construction inspection and materials testing during construction starting in 2006.
