Another "ground breaking" project for the Coachella Valley Unified School District, broke ground in 2007 to built the New Oasis Elementary School, in the community of Oasis, County of Riverside, California. This new school will replace the Historical Oasis Elementary School, circa late 1800's.

 

 

The new campus will consist of five classroom buildings (approximately 35,000 square feet), an administration building, library, a multi purpose/cafeteria building, pre-school buildings and several portable building pads for future expansion, and playground areas on a 20 acres site.

 

 

LandMark Consultants, Inc. is the geotechnical engineer of the record for this project. We provided geotechnical investigation and PEA reports starting in 2006, construction inspection and materials testing during construction until it's completion in early 2009.
