The Cove Improvement Project

   Cathedral City, CA

Cathedral City Cove Improvement, Phase I & II, a $38 million sewer, water and storm drain line project that will encompass about 1500 properties in the Cove neighborhood. Included in this project is 15 miles of new sewer and storm drain lines, improvement of existing water lines, new asphalt concrete pavement and concrete curb-gutters and driveway approaches, as a part of street improvements throughout the neighborhood. This is the largest public works project the city of Cathedral City has ever done

 

LandMark Consultants, Inc. is the geotechnical engineer of record for this project. We are providing compaction and materials testing during construction starting in 2006, for Cathedral City, Public Works Department.
