Waring Medical and Professional Plaza, a new Office/Medical Condominium Project in Palm Desert, developed by Choice Enterprises. The project consists of three buildings with 65,000 sq. ft. Office/Medical condo suites on approximately 5 acres of land. Architectural design is a 1930's Santa Barbara Spanish Design, with extensive landscaping and large covered patios.

 

LandMark Consultants, Inc. is the geotechnical engineer of record for this project. We are providing geotechnical investigation report, construction inspection and materials testing during construction starting in 2006.
