Chavez Elementary School is the newest elementary school in the
Calexico Unified School District (CUSD). The campus consists of four
classroom buildings (approximately 10,000 square feet each), two
kindergarten classrooms (3,500 and 5,700 square feet), an
administration building (8,000 square feet), and a multipurpose
building (8,300 square feet).
LandMark Consultants, Inc.is the geotechnical engineer of the
record for this project. We conducted a geotechnical investigation in 2004
and provided materials and construction testing and inspection
services during construction of the school.
