LandMark Consultants, Inc.
provided geotechnical engineering services for design of the
approximately 478 residential lot Monterrey Park Subdivision
located on southwest corner of Nance Road and Brewer Road in
southwestern Imperial, California. The development consists of
single and two-story residential homes and associated street and
utility infrastructure improvements. The project also included an
approximately 70 to 150 feet wide and 40 to 50 feet span concrete
bridge with associated sidewalks railings at the approaches on
Brewer Road crossing the Central Main Canal on the east side of
the subdivision.
Landmark
also provided construction materials testing services during
construction of the project.
