Plaza @ Imperial Valley, a development of The Russ Group, is a
350,000 square-foot Center located in El Centro, CA. The proposed
development will consist of 14 commercial/retail buildings with
associated parking lots. Some of the retail stores The Plaza
features are Best Buy, Bed Bath & Beyond, Ross Dress For Less,
Marshall's, Old Navy, and others.
LandMark Consultants, Inc. is the
geotechnical engineer of the record for this project. We
provided geotechnical investigation, field and laboratory testing
during construction starting in 2005
